Christmas Morning!
As a child you love Christmas ... but as a parent nothing will ever beat the expressions on your childs face when they get that one magical gift. This year Santa brought Pearce a new kitchen ... she loves to "cook" so we thought it would be an appropiate gift. Needless to say, Pearce was SO excited when she saw her kitchen ... she played all day and all night . We must have heard " I am cooking" ... 100 times during the day.Honestly, except for the expression my husband gave to me on our wedding day I can not think of a better expression than that of the one on her face -- it was priceless. Lucky for us it is all on video so we can watch it over and over !! We hope you all had a very Merry Christmas with your family.
The New Favorite ..
Grandma Dee-Dee made Pearce her very own purse so she would leave mine alone -- Thanks Dee Dee!! She is totally obsessed and wants to take it everywhere.
Bye Bye Santa
Pearce wanted NOTHING to do with Santa this year ... we are hoping she will remember all the great things he brought her this year and like him a little better next year !! The only words out of her mouth were "Bye Bye Santa " !!
The Christmas Card Picture!!
With time running out I had to quickly get a picture of Pearce for our 2008 card. Needless to say it is quite difficult to get a toddler to sit still for any length of time. Lucky for me Maggie was distracting her so I got a little bit lucky !!
