Fall Fun ...

I have come to realize that I will never be up to date on the blog again .. Between attempting to keep up with Pearce, my new job, Matts new job, and getting ready to move in our new house things are crazy. We had a great weekend ... Matt and I had a chance to go out on Friday with some of his friends from the previous job (nice to have a built in babysitter) and the rest of the weekend was all about Pearce. We did stuff with her all day Saturday and all day Sundy ... needless to say, we are both exhuasted but had a blast. She is constantly wanting to go potty, talking up a storm, and amazing the both of us !! Halloween should be a lot of fun as we will be in Tallahassee with Matts family ... Matt is VERY excited about the costume Pearce will be wearing. I can only give one guess -- orange and blue ??

I am attaching some pictures from the other weekend when Dee-Dee (aka Matts Mom ) and Amanda were in town -- we met Sophia and Cristina up at the church for the fall festival. Then, the next day the Biggs had a great get together at their house and Pearce had a BLAST !! I cant believe all the kids got together for a picture!!

Well I have finally downloaded some pictures to my parents computer .... I have to admit that I have been very bad with the camera slacking off big time. I am going to include random pictures over the past couple months. One of the highligts was baby Jacks 1st birthday -- its hard to believe that he is already one. There is also a picture of Pearce and her best little girlfriend , Sophia. We are very excited to be living closer to the Miccas so the girls can play with each other. Baby Sister Micca is due in late November so we are super excited for their family.

Pearce is OBSESSED with brushing her teeth in the morning before school .. she reminds me if we forget. You can check out her new uniform that she wears to school -- it is hilarous. She LOVES her school and comes home with exciting stuff to tell us every day.

Another one of my friends, Kathyrn had a baby boy (Brooks!) a couple of weeks ago. I was so scared to hold him in the hospital but once I got my hands on him I did not want to let go :)

Pearce is excited to have her Grandma Dee-Dee and Aunt Amanda come visit this week .. we have the fall festival at church so I am sure it will be a blast.

Hello!

Oh it has been a busy month ... I hope to get some pictures up here soon because Pearce is changing SO much . She is so adorable (if I do say so myself) and still so happy !! I could talk about everything she is doing know but it would take 5 pages ... she is a full talker , potty training herself (easy for me!) , and running all the time.

We have a contract on a great house here in East Cobb and are super excited ... There are TONS of young people in the neighborhood and are neighbors have a little girl about Pearces age :) We close the first week in November so it will be a busy month for us .

We have more life changing news ... no we are NOT having another baby!! Matt has taken a new job with a very good firm here in Atlanta . It was a very hard decision but one that he ultimately is so excited about -- I could not be more proud of my husband !! With the new job he will now be able to take Pearce to school and even pick her up some :)

My new job is going great .. I am enjoying the change of pace and really enjoying the "training" aspect instead of selling. I do miss my customers but love the time with new reps.

Needless to say The Witters family is very blessed ... that is the best way to put it .

We are all moved out ...

So, are house is empty and we are all settled into my parents house for the moment. Our agent is out of town for two weeks so we will enjoy little Pearce and catch up with friends while she is gone. Then, it is full force in finding our next house. There are many homes to pick from so I have confidence we will find just the right one.

My parents have been so great during the move. Also, Matts mom (Dee-Dee or Betsy) came up this weekend to help us and we owe her a HUGE THANKS !! We could not do any of this without the help from our amazing family. I am so lucky to have such a wonderful family (my own and Matts) ... just pure lucky I married into a wonderful family !!

Pearce is doing great ... getting spoiled to death by everyone. Today Ka-Ka and Reg came out to see her and she loved all the attention. She has no clue what is going one except the fact that a lot of attention is being given to her !! We are looking for a new place to send Pearce during the day so pray that we make the right decision. Luckily over here there are many wonderful choices so I feel confident that we will pick the right place for her !!

My Two Favorite People ...... We are on are way!

I wanted to write one last post because it could be quite a while before I am on here again. First, our house is all packed up and ready for the movers tomorrow. The pods are sitting in front of our house (what a site that is ) and we are just waiting for James and crew tomorrow! I have always said that everything happens for a reason and I guess we did not get the first house we put a contract on for a reason .. I am not sure what that reason was yet but I hope to find out soon. There are a ton of great houses so we just have to decide which one is the next best for us. So, until then we are off to my parents house.

We had a very exciting day today .... I have decided to take a new role in Eli Lilly as the Area Sales Trainer for Neuroscience. I could not be more thrilled and look forward to the new experience. After selling for 7 1/2 years, carrying around numerous samples, and seeing doctors every day I now will be training new reps. Matt has been SO supportive and I could never do this without the best husband in the world. Thank you Matt for your love and support -- there are not many husbands that would give their wives the encouragement and support you have given me over the past couple of months!!

We are moving !!

So, I am finally up to date on the blog ..... sorry to our family who loves the updated pictures. As many of you know we got a contract on our house the week we were at the beach and close on September 4th. This is a major challenge as we are all very busy with with our wonderful toddler Pearce (not to mention work!) . But, we are very excited to find a house a little closer to downtown for Matt and my parents. We really have enjoyed living in Cumming but know that we will love our next location just as much or better !

Today we decided to put a contract on a house that we both fell in love with -- please same some prayers and keep your fingers crossed. It would be a great house for our family with a wonderful community. I will keep you updated on the progress but I keep telling myself that whatever is meant to be will happen. In the meantime we got all packed up this weekend (THANKS MOM AND ANN!) and are ready for the movers to put our stuff in a POD. So, I will try to update the blog as much as I can but the next few weeks will be very hectic. We will be at my parents during our transition to our new home.

Pearce was such a sport today .... she played all around the house while we were packing up. She found some new toys (aka the step ladder) and had a blast. She is quite the little helper .. we asked her tonight if she wanted a new room and she looked me dead in the eye and said "no mama --I'm home" ... she always says this when we pull in the neighborhood. I have to wonder what her little brain is thinking !!!

Thanks to all our family and friends in advance for the next few weeks ---we may be a little MIA with everything going on but it will be over soon and we can all celebrate. Love to you all. Hope

We decided to get some pictures of Pearce on the beach in her white dress and she was not to happy with mom and dad. She definitely is not a big fan of sand and getting dirty -- just like her daddy !!
